Seemingly strange to a tower a 5 star review…but, it was €3 each to visit at an automated pay terminal, rather than a very grumpy nonverbal local taking €4-8 like others we visited.
There were lots of signs in multiple languages, videos, suits of armour to try on etc. etc. and experience wise was the best tower we visited. Other more ‘famous’ places were quite disappointing for their interactions/information etc.

Once you get to the top, the view is still not comparable to other towers in Tallinn.
