Bizkot — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

Very sad experience! We went in, the person working there was not welcoming and said thay everything is full and to get out. We came back a bit later, found a table and sat down. The service was not nice, and the prices that were shown were not the ones on the bill. When we asked why on the bill we had different prices than what was written down, they said that there is an additional fee, per product when eating there. However, the additonal fee was not consistent, as they said that it is 1 euro per product, but for 1 salad it was more than 1 euro (from 7.5 to 11 euros). For the dessert, there was already a price shown for eating in, but on the bill, again a different price. The staff was not understanding with regards to our confusion. Big...

We paid €11 for 2x coffees and a pastry but they wouldn't give us plates or allow us to sit and eat at the table. Why? Because we also had a voucher for other pastries from our hotel. I understand if we only took the discounted pastries offered by the hotel, but we were paying customers, we paid for more products but had to argue to be allowed to sit inside. The waitress finally gave 2 plates, very ostentatiously and she had to make a scene in front of other customers. Shameful. Also the food and coffee were below average so definitely...

I walked 15 min to this place because everything was closed at the morning I asked for the salad, lady said that I can't eat it here, it's for take away only When I asked if I can drink tea here and have a piece of quiche. She said "No. You can't drink tea here. Only take away" What? Why I can't drink tea with this pie inside if there are tables? Why coffee and croissant people can eat inside, but tea and pie take away only. I don't understand the logic. This lady did not explain me...
