I had a bus at 12:00. I arrive there at 11:30 and ask one woman from the staff about my bus she said its not there yet please wait near the board to see which platform it will be.We stay we wait, on the board was written that the bus have 15 min delay. It was 12:20 and information on the board still the same i ask the girl again and she said oh yes sorry your bus is gone, information on the board is not good sorry. How i can now where exactly will arrive my bus when on the station are 50-60 buses. Why even there is board when the information is not correct for all of the buses????Terrible atmosphere, terrible organisation!!!!

Luckily the weather is nice and even at 22.00 entertainment due to Olympics. Cross the Park ....2 minuresvwalk ....and there is a bar at a cinema (closes 22.00) on the right. To the left there's a good supermarket with salad bat sandwiches fruit wine and more. Again closes 22.00 but I believe there's another just down the street. Bus Station.. awful...bring loo rolll. Come on Paris this is your gateway to environmental travel... @@FlixBus_DE please get something done about Bercy as it let's your service down. A decent cafe and toilets..tonight 19/08/2024 only 3 loos working and men's locked so all sharing

Be careful when you are in Bercy Seine. If you are approached by unofficial staff asking for your ticket or offering to assist with your luggage, it’s a SCAM. They will ask you for money. Stay alert, reject their help, and avoid them. Tips: Whenever you arrive at the station, please check the information screens to get updates on your journey (bus number, destination, platform, etc.). Tourists are often targeted, so please don’t fall for these scams when someone pretends to be helpful and offers assistance. FlixBus, please take action to address this issue.

truly one of the most disgusting, vile and awful places i’ve ever had the misfortune of traveling from, and i feel sorry for my girlfriend, who i’m pretty sure is considering leaving me after taking her here. to even call it a bus station is an insult to humanity, it was more akin to a garbage dump that buses just departed from. from the point of first entry, we felt extremely uneasy and unsafe, there was an endless supply of drug addicts walking around asking people for money & the interior was no better by any stretch. We went to check the screen to see where our bus would depart from but absolutely nothing was clear, so unfortunately we had to head into the dreaded interior. My good lord is never seen anything so run down, it looked like Detroit on a BAD day; you’re walking around death-gripping your luggage because everyone around you just looks shady and i’m pretty sure half of them are pickpockets / homeless, the AC did not work at all so people were sat around steaming like sweaty anchovies, complemented by the smell of the toilets that look like they hadn’t been cleaned since 10,000 BC. Honestly, you’d feel more comfortable taking a dump in the toilets from the SAW movies, it was truly a horror to behold. my phone was dying so I was going to charge it at the station but both of the phone charging points had been unplugged with wires hanging out of them, only for the plug socket to be replaced by some random people charging their androids for an extra 10%. We decided to eventually call it quits and wait in the park right next to the station, only to witness a literal crack head attempt to steal a woman’s luggage as she tried to relax on a bench. However, by this point we were so desensitized from being in that grotty hell hole we didn’t even pay any mind to it. I guess the highlight of being here was watching him stumble around and fall over while smacked out...

Oh dear dear me!!!! Paris, surely you can do better! Visit Victoria and learn a trick or two. Cold uncomfortable stone slabs to sit on, if you're lucky but don't lean back the walls are filthy too. Homeless and destitute people begging to come to the UK with me! Poor people, but OMD I felt at risk. Lone females, and males too I think, need to quickly find another safe person to sit near, be warned. Big fat rat running around the entrance. No staff, no obvious security, no cafe, some vending machines but precious little available. 2 loos, both covered in merdre! Broken door to the "accessible" one. Shared with men, stinks of P and urine, oh my days I'd rather cope with the hellhole of a bargain bus loo than those, ever again! No fresh air as 2000 people a day pi55 in the gardens I think!! One monitor working for everyone in Paris 😂, or so it seemed, to find bus quai. Oh such a crap experience; except, the kindness of strangers đŸ„° amidst what felt like the underworld, unfortunately. Never again. Flying next time, plus it was a 28 hour trip there, 24 back.....West of England to Nantes and back...cheap...
