A very nice place with a super cool structure but it seems to me that the owner don't understand (or don’t care) about atmosphere neither entertainment. And the staff need more politeness and welcoming training. My friend and I went in the afternoon 15h on May.

I found it unreasonable, to say the least, that you can't enter with your own bottle of water. Especially because it is summer and very hot, you should not deny this to any human being. This is water! It is hydration. Cruel.

And if u tell me that u need to profit, and of course u do, I’m sure you have other ways to do it. You are already charging the entrance and should profit offering nice and different beverages and specially food options (which it's my next negative critique)…

The only bar available has minimal food options or barely nothing. For that structure size you should offer more or according.

There is a lack of chairs or loungers for you to sit on. Since it is a paid location at least you could provide an equal number of chairs and users.

The staff should be better trained. More efficient and happier with their work, I’m mean happy to be there.

The pool is great, but there's no way it couldn't be.

I would come back, but the negative things like cost/benefit and options offered don't help you want to come back. So in the end for me it is an one time experience only.

I hope one day some new manager can turn this place into an amazing place. American standards of...

We went there on a slightly cloudy Monday and the pool was fantastic! Very relaxing as we were just a few. It just something quite weird happened with their staff. When it got darker we decided to go for just one drink before leaving. We ordered our drinks and the waitress told us to finish them in half an hour as they had to close. No problem at all with that. We were sitting close to the bar and as we saw lots of people taking pictures we took a couple of pictures of ourselves and a waitess came to us and said in a very rude way: firstly you are not allowed to take pictures and secondly finish your drinks as we will close in 30 min. Soooo rude speaking to us that one like we were two years old kids making mess. (If you are speaking in English to foreigners you need use the words 'please' and 'thank you' and use another tone of voice, especially if they are your customers!) But then more people were taking pictures in front of all the waitress and even a person with an SLR camera... this same waitress was there and she didn't say anything. Even some of the people were just getting into the bar to take pictures and after that leave. So confusing, how come...

Highly Regulated and Not So Fun: If you're looking for a relaxing day at the pool, this isn't it. This place feels less like a fun day out and more like a highly regulated, bureaucratic "German experience." While the pool itself is impressive, the strict rules and a frustrating booking process take all the enjoyment away. The biggest issue is the extremely limited access. You can only purchase tickets online exactly two days in advance, and you're locked into a rigid 1.5-hour time slot. If you're hoping to swim more than that, you're out of luck. The system is so strict that you can't even enter before your designated time. Once you're finally in, you'll find even more restrictions. The water is surprisingly cold, and you're not allowed to take photos from the pool deck—for no stated reason. It feels like they've gone out of their way to make the entire experience as restrictive as possible. Overall, the beautiful pool is completely overshadowed by the complex rules and lack of flexibility. It's a shame, because it could be a great place. But in its current state, it's simply not...

The best way to feel the summer in Berlin! 🌞 A pool floating on the River Spree 💙absolutely spectacular! I couldn’t believe I was swimming and sunbathing like this… right in the middle of Berlin. Located in vibrant Kreuzberg, I got there on foot, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The vibe is laid-back and summery, perfect for a relaxing break in the city. Make sure to book your slot in advance (around €8 for 2 hours) 😉it’s totally worth it. The area is spacious, with a beach bar atmosphere, food and drink service, and beautiful views of the Spree, with the Molecule Man sculpture in the background. After a mandatory shower, you can dive into the refreshing 23°C water. The pool is up to 2 meters deep, but has shallower edges for more comfortable swimming and lounging. In case you wanna take public transport: The nearest S‑Bahn station is Treptower Park, about an 8-minute walk away. You can also take a bus to Heckmannufer, just 5 minutes from the venue. I absolutely loved it. A unique summer experience in Berlin ☀️would go again in a heartbeat! 🏊🏼‍♀️

it's very idyllic and interesting spot. nice for taking friends there on a holiday visit. you can't bring your own drinks, not even water. water is a human right, as long as you can afford it 🤪. i always love to see Berliners toe the line between socialism and capitalism! for the few extremely hot days of the year.. definitely a cool unique place in Berlin to see and cool off. and definitely book in advance to avoid disappointment. one great thing is they've got chairs for free. somehow I thought you'd have to pay. pool was quite cold towards end of the day so we didn't stay long in there. I think since the war started, they've scaled back heating. nice sitting spots on the edge of the pool, but still was too chilly in the end. I think I would maybe come back with visitors from time to time, but with the amount of rules and planning needed, it will be seldom. most times going to a lake with your own beers and freedom to do anything will be the best in my view.
