I had the worst lunch experience at this restaurant. I came with my colleagues—there were 8 of us. The place was nearly empty, and we placed our orders. Within 20 minutes, everyone received their food except for one of my colleagues. After some time, when almost everyone had finished eating, I asked the waiters about my colleague’s meal. Turns out, they had completely forgotten to write down the order. After reminding them, we waited even longer, and not a single waiter came by to check if we needed anything. I had to ask again, and only after the second reminder did they finally bring the food. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when we were paying, each person covering their own meal, one of the waiters claimed there was still an unpaid dish. But no one at our table had eaten it! After several minutes of discussions, during which we refused to pay for something we never received, another waiter admitted they had mistakenly added the extra dish to our bill and said we didn’t have to pay for it. To top it all off, one of the waiters rudely told me that I had been “harassing” him from the beginning—when all I did was ask for the service we were paying for. Absolutely unacceptable behavior! I will never go back and definitely do not recommend this...

Wir wollten heute einen schönen Nachmittag nach Cavalluna (Mercedes Benz Arena) beim La Cesta ausklingen lassen, leider keine gute Idee. Trinken, 2x Cabonara und Pollo Gorgonzola bestellt. Trinken kam, gut gekühlt, super. Bevor das Essen kam, bestellten wir für eine weitere Person noch eine Pizza Salami mit Schinken zum mitnehmen. Zum Essen, Cabonara kriegen so 90% der Berliner Restaurants hin, also man kann sie essen - verliert aber, da normal, kein weiteres Wort drüber. Beim Pollo war ein von zwei gegrillten Hähnchenstücken gummiartig (zu Hause gegoogelt, ergab "Verödete Muskelfasern durchziehen das Fleisch und lassen es knorpel-, leder- oder gummiartig werden"). Den Kellner wurde Bescheid gegeben, dass das eine Fleischstück komisch schmeckt und er es bitte umtauschen möchte. Kurz später kam eine andere Kellnerin (unsere eigentliche Bedienung) und fragte, was denn mit dem Gericht sei, wir erklärten es auch ihr. Dann passierte ca. 15 Minuten nix, außer das die bestellte Pizza zum Mitnehmen ohne Verpackung durch unsere umliegenden Tische geisterte, bis zu unserem Tisch. Wir wollten sie aber zum Mitnehmen, musste also noch verpackt werden. Dann kam das Gericht auf einen großen Teller wieder. Da meine beiden Begleiter zwischenzeitlich fertig gegessen haben, bat ich um Mitnahme des Pollogerichts. Sichtlich beleidigt ging die Kellnerin von dannen, um 5 min. später mit einer kleinen Tüte zurückkam. Meine Begleiterin schaute rein, erkannte ein dünnes Stück Fleisch mit wenig Soße, wenig Pommes und viel Blattsalat und sagte, so nicht, rief die Kellnerin wieder heran, um ihr klarzumachen, dass wir das so nicht akzeptieren. Sie war damit gar nicht einverstanden und es erfolgte ein kurzer Meinungsaustausch, der damit endete, dass ich sagte, sie möchte das Essen bitte zurücknehmen und aus der Rechnung streichen. Was ich nach allem als korrekt und richtig ansah, zumal bis dato nicht ein Wort des Bedauerns oder einer Entschuldigung von Seiten des Lokals kam. Nach 5 Minuten des Wartens gingen wir zum Empfang, um die Rechnung zu tilgen, da wir irgendwann den Abend zu Hause erleben wollten. Dort ging der Streit darum los, dass das Restaurant das Pollogericht nicht aus der Rechnung streichen wollte, es war aber auch nicht mehr zur Mitnahme da. Weitere Minuten zogen ins Land, da wir um ein Gespräch mit dem Chef des Hauses baten. Dieser kam nicht, aber die Kellnerin kam und versuchte dann mit Hilfe ihres Handys 20,50 Euro von 89 Euro abzuziehen, was ich unterband, indem ich 70 Euro hinlegte und sagte, stimmt so. Endlich kam mal von der ansonsten (na ich sag mal distanzierten Kellnerin) ein knappes Bedauern. Zur mitgenommenen Pizza sei zu sagen, Pizza Salami kann scharf sein, sollte es aber nicht, schonmal gar nicht so scharf, dass man ein Glas Milch bereit halten muss. Alles im Allen kann man sagen, es war eine klasse Show in der Mercedes Benz Arena, nächste Mal geht es danach nicht zum La Cesta, genau genommen war das hier unser erster und auch letzter Besuch.
