Read moreSo i was here together with a friend and we both have mixed feelings about our visit. First of all we can start about the dealers. The roulette tables are catastrophic. Friday and Saturday when they have rush hour and its a full action roulette table , they are spinning the ball every 10 minutes. Because most of the dealers have poor chip management. Takes to long to count the payout. And they are taking their time for to long to make exchanges back and forth. In this way the casino is loosing ALOT of money. I went Saturday 25th around 02:00 at a min 10 euro roulette table where the dealer had no guests. So i went there placed my bet. And i waited for 1 min and she still did not spin the wheel. This is a big tilt factor for the players. I asked her can you spinn the ball please and she gave me a rude look. Took extra 45 sec and then she spin. It was a lady in her late 40s black hair around 160cm. So lets go to the poker. Most dealers here are very new. Tbh only the young guys are working fast and efficient. The ladies here have a boored looking face when dealing. And taking rake for them is sometimes taking 1 minute because they are not keeping the count whats in the pot. Most of them can even barely put a flop out properly, cards are all messy.. just looks like a mess and then they adjust it. The dealers at the baccarat table most of them men over 30 was doing their job good, they kept the customers entertained. I won over 1200 euro on this visit. But for me win or loose dosent matter. I just want to have a good time. The casino need to put the most experienced and fast dealers on the roulette table when its rush hour. And the most new ones on the BJ 3card poker. And bacc. Hope my review gives some...
Read moreI approached the Spielbank yesterday evening around h 23.00. As I arrived I stepped into an artificial lake (or fountain) that is just at the side of the entrance. It was frozen, the ice broke, and I fell inside of it as deeply as my bellybutton. There is no way you could distinguish this frozen fountain from the surrounding stone ground, and no signs noticing of danger. As I arrived home I called the Spielbank (in Marlene-Dietrich-Platz) to report the fact. The woman who answered to me claimed, in perfectly spoken english, that she could not understand the very basic thing I was telling, because of the language. This morning I called again, asking first if the person could speak english, as he answered "Yes", I just began to tell that yesterday evening I approached the spielbank, when I was brutally interrupted, the person saying I should go there because "no informations can be provided on the phone". I didn't even mention the incident, but the man would not let me finish to speak, as I tried many times to do, until he simply decided to hang up the phone on me.
I can't go there because my legs have been hit during the fall, and it's painful to walk.
I was put into danger and hurt my legs, costumer service seems not to...
