The collection of instruments is big and covers a wide range of periods. It's correctly organized and invites to discover it. The text are not so long. The temporal exhibition about the Greek revolution is well integrated and supplements the permanent exhibition. Sadly the personal don't speak good english and even in 2022 they still haven't found a way to play the recordings (the headphones were not there due to corona). It's sad to see the Instruments and...

This was a great place to visit during our trip! It was full of interesting information with lots of exhibits packed into a relatively small building. There were headphones that visitors could use to listen to audio of the instruments/music they were reading about and TV screens with footage of different instruments and musical performances. Would really recommend for anyone interested in music and Greek...

This is a small yet lovely museum in a historic house. It contains lots of wonderful instruments that belonged to one dedicated collector. Some of the audio stations were out of order but the QR codes were fabulous musical selections. The text and photographs did a wonderful job of contextualizing. I’m a folklorist and musician so this place was definitely my...

Very interesting collection of Greek musical instruments. I appreciate that headphones are there for people who want to listen to the sounds of the instruments. Some headphones were not working. But can’t complain because it’s a free exhibit. All in all a must-go for music buffs.
