Family owned - 4th generation are the sons you see running the store. We went 3 days in a row deciding between bags until we finally chose. The son we saw everyday was amazing, patient and explained everything to us. He wasn’t pushy like many sellers in the area are but gave us time & space. He also let us know that they have a shop 400m down where they make hundreds by hand daily. He said that if there’s something special we wanted handmade it can be done in 24h ! He also gave us the bags at a lower price & a free leather oil, definitely don’t expect this every time but he was extremely generous! The best leather goods in all of Crete!!! Family owned & operated. Handmade with true craftmanship & attention to detail. I wish I could buy 1 of everything. I always get compliments on every bag of theirs that I use. I have purchased bags during our prior visits & they hold up beautifully! On this trip I wanted a shopper tote & another handbag to add to my collection. I got this gorgeous beauty! I can't wait to use it. The smell is heavenly & the quality of the leather is top notch! I'd rather have one of their handmade bags than any designer bag! When we come back on our next holiday, I will stop by again...
