Read moreI went to Bohème for drinks with a group of 7 and a very good mood and left with a sour aftertaste - which had nothing to do with my drink.
As mentioned, there was 7 of us, the menus were already on the table so we ordered quickly. We ordered 6 cocktails, one of which was a Zombie - which is a large drink that can be shared (and costs more than their most expensive cocktails on the menu for that reason) - and asked for 2 straws for it. The staff looked very willing, but when the drinks came, they forgot to bring an extra straw, as if they'd never heard it. This would be of no importance, if I hadn't realised that they simply didn't give a f...
They brought us only a tiny bowl of nuts while we sat in a large round table, and my group was embarrassed to ask for more. I kindly pointed out to a waitress that there was 7 of us and to bring some more, she said "more nuts, of course" and they never came. Instead, she relayed what I said that to the waiter who'd taken our order and they snickered together as if it was a ridiculous request.
Never going there again. It's a real shame because the space is beautiful, the barman VERY skilled, but the waiters are utterly unprofessional brats who have no interest in doing their job.
Dear staff, don't expect tips like that, not even from happily drunk people. We're not as stupid...
Read moreI have been here so many times for a bite and a great cocktail over the years. Always recommended this place to my guests and friends. But now we have a baby, their attitude is disappointing. They can't make it more obvious they do not want babies as guests.... They make you wait longer then others, ignore you if you want to order and don't give the same hospitality then to the surroundings tables. We came during the day to enjoy some breakfast. It is normal to give a sweet (kerasma) to accompany your coffee. It came on the tray, but stayed on the tray and was not served. In fact, it was given to the table next to ours (and they already had some!). We waited 45 minutes to finally get our breakfast (sandwich and pancakes). My husbands sandwich was ok. But unfortunately, my pancakes were burned from the outside and runny from the inside... We didn't wanted to wait any longer for another stack, so we took the loss, paid and left. I know, I don't look Greek. But I do understand and speak it. Therefore, it was even more sad to hear the waiter say to the other in Greek, that he was glad we finally @#% up. As far as I know and made sure, our baby was pleasant and quiet, so I honestly don't understand why we deserved this treatment, while other children were running around...
