Unfortunately couldn't actually get here because of a mix up with the boat ride prices to cross here from the island of flores
I was told at my accomodation that the price was 2Q to get accross in a local boat. Them when we got to the wharf one of the guys says is 125Q!!!!!!! for them to take us there, wait till we go up to the mirador and go back to flores... Read moreThis was a cute short excursion from Flores! Take a lancha to San Marcos for Q10 each way, takes maybe 5 minutes. Then walk up for about 20 minutes, boat driver and locals helped me with directions. Super simple to get to! The mirador is some steps, takes a few minutes to climb. Loved the views! Got to see many birds, boats, and an airplane landing. Took me maybe 2 hours total from...

This is a wonderful spot to watch the sunrise or sunset, or just to get an amazing view of Flores Island. Make sure to bring your camera to take lots of photos, and if you are lucky, you will get to hear the sounds of the incredible howler monkeys. This Mirador is a must visit if you are coming to Flores. There are several steps, but get in here should be easy for people...
