Adra Peten Hostel — Hotel in Flores

One of the best places to stay in flores peten. I have been plenty of times in Adra Antigua… and Adra Peten is amazing. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The food 100/100. This is my second time in less than a month staying in here and I’ll return always that I’m here in flores. The amenities are clean and enjoyable. The vibe is great and friendly. There is a misconception about staying in a hostel I have to say. But Adra is here to change that, the cleanliness of the rooms, showers, sheets, it’s just perfect. Also, the location of the hostel is wonderful, being infront of the lake peten itza is a dream, you can swim and enjoy in a peaceful way without being bothered. And they offered a service of boat so you can be in less than 3 min in flores. I’m just happy and my family and Friends too! Thank you Adra...

Es un lugar muy acogedor, con instalaciones limpias y modernas que muestran atención al detalle.

Desayuno: Muy bueno, sin embargo nos llevamos una sorpresa al saber que no era gratis, recalco, los desayunos NO SON GRATIS como se menciona, están por un CARGO EXTRA, lo tuvimos que aprender a la mala. Pero esto nos pasó por no investigar a fondo, ya que en su página oficial no está descrito en detalle los servicios.

Infraestructura: Las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado, lámparas LED y ventilador, ofreciendo buena comodidad. Las habitaciones individuales incluyen baño privado, y lo mejor: el precio publicado es el que realmente cobran, algo que se agradece.

📶 WiFi: 9/10 La conexión fue bastante buena durante toda la estadía, pero solo son 10Mbps, no los 50Mbps qué ofrecen, sin embargo es ideal si necesitas trabajar o mantenerte comunicado.

🚤 Desplazamiento Algo a tener en cuenta: aunque se ofrece servicio de bote gratuito para cruzar a la Isla de Flores y el centro, este no estaba disponible cuando llegamos. Eso puede complicar moverse si no tienes transporte alternativo, ya que estos lugares están al otro lado del lago.

Servicios adicionales: El sistema de identificación con brazalete es práctico.

Hay servicio de lavandería a Q20 por libra, en nuestro caso, con una familia numerosa, se sintió algo costoso.

Atención al cliente: El personal fue claro y amable. No brindan información extra por iniciativa propia, pero si preguntas, responden con disposición y buena actitud.

Adra Petén es una opción fresca y bien presentada. Tiene todo el potencial para ser un favorito en la zona, especialmente si el servicio de transporte se estabiliza. Lo recomiendo si buscas tranquilidad y un lugar cómodo cerca del lago.

Una última cosa, siempre pregunta, si tienes alguna duda por pequeña qué sea o clara qué esté, porque te pueden hacer pasar...

While this “hostel” is extremely clean and the beds are great, I was left wondering is this a hostel or a hotel? It feels like an uncomfortable in-between. Furthermore, while the staff are smiley and attentive, they are also slightly incompetent- one waiter told us the bar was shut while another told us it was open. Then having ordered our drinks with the 5 beers drink deal, we were told the deal was now finished. You can tell it is a new establishment, however I do feel the potential for this...
