Wu Zhou Chinese Restaurant — Attraction in Budapest

We ordered different dishes, but he brought us two of the same dish. And then he insisted it was some other food. We couldn't communicate because he can't speak English. I didn't want to argue anymore, so we paid for them and left.

This is a reply to your reply. We ordered one plate of beef and one plate of sweet and sour pork. But you didn't give us sweet and sour pork. you misunderstood. The guests next to us smiled at the kids, but you were the only one with an unpleasant attitude.

The same person pointed to the same food when ordering and paying. But one person ordered pork and the other person asked for sweet and sour pork? That doesn't make sense. And I didn't want to argue with the wrong foods. Before paying, I tried to check what I ate because the food was different from what I ordered. But you glared at us and got angry. Your rude attitude has been there since we order. you were really rude. Also The attitude of giving bad answers to people who give you low ratings is really immature.

I read all your review and it says you gave someone a different meal and insisted it was right. You have to have the attitude of admitting mistakes. And your rude attitude has been mentioned a lot recently. Please reflect on it. Of course, I won't have to see...

To start with the positive, the service was very friendly and the fried Wan Tans have been really good. But, since the website was multilingual (both Hungarian, and English) it raised the expectation to find English speaking personnel there, which was not the case. The waitress couldn't speak a single word English (still she was very friendly). The fried Wan Tans arrived to my table after more than thirty minutes. The restaurant however was almost empty, only three tables had been occupied and one already got their food. As a main course, I ordered the crispy duck. And that's all I got, a crispy duck. No rice, no sides, no sauce, nothing. The duck was almost unseasoned and tasted nothing but boring. In addition, it was of poor quality! I have never received such a greasy duck in my life! (to stay fair, it appeared to be fresh). And even if the waitress was very friendly, she was also very unprofessional and she even didn't recognize my empty glass of bear for over a half an hour! I actually had to ask for another one. The main course took ober an hour until it got served! Again, the restaurant was almost empty and the only thing I got was a frickin crispy duck and nothing else. That was the weirdest experience in a Chinese restaurant...

Way too salty. I ordered with Wolt and the food was cold when it was delivered. Such a waste of my money and time. No Wi Zhou Kinai and no Wolt for me anymore. I gave the food a 3 on Wolt, before I tasted it. I really didn't expect it to be so salty that I could not even taste the ingredients. I don't have a sensitive taste. I am Asian and I have been eating Chinese food all my life. This was the worst ever. Therefore I went to Google to warn other people that they should not rely on the 5 stars on Wolt like I did. If the owner would take his clients seriously, he would believe me instantly and offer me to try his food at the restaurant or so, if he really wants to show off the quality of his food. Instead of blaming his cook, he blames me his customer. Rule nr 1 in service is to never ever blame it on the customer! Rain or no rain, summer or winter, if you can not guarante hot food, then don't sell it. I actually had to warm it up in the microwave and therewith spoiling it even more. Your comment makes it even a worse experience. I hope many people will read this, so that they will be prepared to not get service from you, when it matters and that you don't listen to your customers. Too bad google does not allow me to...
