It was the first lighthouse in Iceland that we saw in the beginning of our trip. Little did I know that Iceland is home to 100+ lighthouses…still picturesque though!

Interesting lighthouse but it's very common to find this design/color in Iceland. The reality of this place is near by shipping-like yard. Smell very fishy. The area is not that clean but not awfully dirty, there was some garbage and vomit on the ground.

It was a deserted place. The lighthouse was closed. There was a car parked right in front of it so, could not even get a decent pic of the place.

I liked that it is peaceful and you have a good path to walk by the sea. You will see a lot of different birds.

Klimatyczne miejsce, ładne widoki. Warte zobaczenia. W pobliżu stocznie i chyba zakłady przetwórstwa ryb. Parking darmowy.
