Overall a nice hotel inside. They have fairly spaceous rooms. Hiwever, a few details kind of lowered my enjoyment at this hotel. The shuttle they provide runs only until noon from morning. So if your flight in the evening, you must get a taxi, which will cost you around 3,000 iclandic kronas, about $30 for about 6 miles. My next day flight was in the pm, so I wanted to see at least Keflavik around, so I asked if I can store my bags after check out, which is at noon, and they said no. They simply don't do that. What happened with going above and beyond? I don't know. Ahh, to the agent's benefit she did offer to store them at the airport. Which defeats the propose. I would go there by shuttle, which is free, but to get back to the city I have to take a taxi again. And then again to return to airport I would need a taxi again. Also the soap dispenser for hand washing was broken. To charge your phone next to the desk is only possible if you unplug their lamp and stuff in your plug with the phone. To me it doesn't make sense to have phone somewhere away on the table. So you have to choose either light available at the reach of your hand or the charged phone near you. The breakfast was OK. Apparently they fill out baskets with food/products only once. But if people are coming and eating and things get finished, they do not replenish them. Sad. Kind of greedy. But oh well. But whatever was left was still normally tasty. Not bad. Overall I am OK with the stay, but yeah, far from...

Park Inn by Radisson is located along Hafnargata in the town centre of Keflavik, around 7-8 minute drive to/from the airport. We recently stayed one night here prior to an early morning flight out of KEF and had a very good stay. ||Reservation was made through booking.com. Confirmation was received by email immediately. We were very well received by check-in staff upon arrival who helped us check in a couple hours early as well. There is luggage storage available and a good restaurant on the premise called The Library. Had a nice lunch here, one we'd be happy to do again. ||You can walk around Keflavik quite comfortably from the hotel if interested. There is no airport shuttle service but they can arrange taxi service for you. Our taxi fare was 4400kr. ||Our room had good space, suitable for a couple of fairly large luggage. There is a work station desk and chai, two-seater sofa and coffee table along with a comfortable bed, allowed very good sleep. Television, wifi and lighting all worked very well. Room seems to be temperature controlled and leans towards the warm side. Bathroom plenty spacious, shower worked great. Room included kettle, coffee & tea, fridge, safe, iron and ironing board. ||All in all, we were happy with our stay at Park Inn and would gladly return for another night if needing to be near the airport for an early morning departure out of KEF again...

Our recent stay at the Radisson Park Inn near Keflavik Airport was a generally positive experience. The overall impression was above average, though not reaching the level of excellence. The room, while basic, stood out for its cleanliness. A no-frills space, it provided the essentials for a comfortable night's rest. The simplicity was appreciated, and the cleanliness added a touch of reassurance to our stay. One highlight was the breakfast. It was a good spread, offering a variety of options that exceeded our expectations. The quality and selection made for a satisfying start to the day. The location near Keflavik Airport was convenient for our travel needs, and the staff was courteous throughout our stay. While the accommodations were not outstanding, they met our expectations for a short stay. Overall, the Radisson Park Inn offers a decent and practical choice for those seeking proximity to the airport without compromising cleanliness and a good breakfast experience.

Fantastic option to catch a few Zzzs if you're getting in on an early flight! They allowed us to check in 6 hours early (8am) for a fee of $72 USD (Receptionist gave us a $40 discount for being a Radisson loyalty member, I signed up just the day before). This allowed us to quickly adjust to the new time zone and not have any jet lag! This in itself is a selling point for this hotel, many don't allow you to do this and you end up sitting in the lobby or your car until 2/3pm to check in. The facility looked older on the outside but has been completely renovated on the inside. Big shower and bathroom, couch and table in just a standard room. Breakfast wasn't included but was a nice spread. There is a bistro bar onsite that was very cool, library books and dark academia themed and the food was not 5 star but it was delicious and hit the spot. Highly recommend this hotel!
