Centre Square Mall located on M.G. Road, Ernakulam, Kerala state, India is one of the best smaller malls in Kerala. It's very less crowded as compared to the more congested Lulu Mall in Edappally or the Nucleus Mall in Maradu. This is from my own experience.

Centre Square Mall was observing all the required COVID protocols when I visited the Mall for the first time in August 2021. They were requiring all of the visitors to wear masks and all the traffic prone areas and shops were even getting sanitized. It's a pretty clean Mall. There was a Reception Desk/Customer Service Desk in the corner and they were making sure to register each visitor's name and Cellphone so that they could very well do contact tracing later on, if there was a need. No dine in or eating was really allowed. Customer Service was excellent.

The Mall has a diverse collection of different stores and other establishments. Reliance Trends, Bata, Van Huesen, Arrow, Reliance Smart Center (Formerly, Big Bazaar), Pizza Hut, Burger King, Baskin Robbins, Coffee Cafes, an organic shop close to the entrance, electronics, a salon, textile or handbook shops and currently open for dine in, Taco Bell on the ground floor are just a few to be named. It also has a food court and a bowling alley, If I am not wrong! Cinepolis/Cinemas were closed and have been for quite some time. Update: Cinepolis is back with a bang, which opened last week with Suresh Gopi starrer "Paappan", the Malayalam movie after a long 5 years closure/renovation! Cinepolis has impeccable sound and video qualities, as heard.

I visited around the Onam Festival and some of the staff from a retail shop were even jointly laying a "pookalam" or a flower bed which turned out to be gorgeous! The place has full time Security at its premises. At times, the Mall either has live music or dance performances and even have flash mob fetes.

My latest vist was in May and June 2022. All the stores were having a lot more foot traffic besides daily sales. Dine in services were back! Centre Square Mall is a must place to go and you would be glad to have done that. It's very convenient to drop in, especially if you are on M.G. Road, near Padma Theatre or just say, you were staying nearby. Happy shopping...

🚗 Accessibility & Parking Ample free parking for cars — a major perk! Located near Ernakulam Town Railway Station and Maharajas College Metro Station, making it easily reachable. EV charging station available (Ionage).

🧑‍💼 Atmosphere & Service Staff are generally polite and helpful. The mall is clean, well-maintained, and not overly crowded — perfect for relaxed shopping. Security and billing staff could improve in some areas, based on occasional feedback.

⚠️ Things to Note Avoid peak hours (especially weekends) for a smoother experience. Some pricing inconsistencies and product quality issues have been reported — always check before buying. Air circulation could be better in certain sections.
