This is review is not about their food menu, quality, rate or anything related. But only about the Customer service we got from the person in cash counter. Seems like he is also the owner or manager of the establishment too. We went in our car and had parked in their parking space which is clearly mentioned as "For The Oven customers only". This person in question doesn't move from his seat at all and he can see everything happening in the parking space in front. When we came to cash counter to pay bill, we saw that our across was blocked completely by another car parked on the footpath. On enquiry we were surprised to know that the car was not of any customers . The person in cash counter had no clue who and when the car was parked there. Also he didn't provide any assistance at all to solve the situation. He just sat there unmoved by our dilemma. My husband tried to look around outside to identify who could be the owner of the vehicle but in vain. So we decided to wait inside The Oven itself When the cashier saw that we would be blocking one of his tables due to reasons not of ours and rather his, he asked his workers to collect key of another vehicle parked aside us so that we will leave with our car. I made the order 3 days prior and it wasn't available for the day it was supposed to be delivered, I understand but why would you give a call to the one whom should be delivered as a surprise but not to the one who gave you the order? I contacted you through WhatsApp chat, why did I not receive a single message asking for your suggestions if call was not going through??? The cake arrived in a damaged condition the writing was smudged, the cream was a mess, and everything was pressed against the packaging. Clearly, no care was taken while handling it.
When I reported the issue, their response was basically, āWe canāt do anything, weāre busy with other Valentineās Day orders.ā No attempt to fix the situation just a complete lack of professionalism. I wonder how many others faced the same issue that day.
If you canāt even deliver a single cake properly, whatās the point of taking bulk orders? Itās better to focus on quality rather than just pushing out as many cakes as possible.
Never again ordering...
