Flag's Banquet Liberty Garden — Attraction in Mumbai

Food is great! There's no doubts about the taste & quality of food At our event we had Aamras which was a massive hit, all our guests loved it However, the Management is extremely poor. We were told time and again that everything will be managed by the venue which never happened. My own guests had to move tables & chairs. Logistics was being done by my guests Divya lied to me. She mentioned about 15 on ground staff members out of which nobody was seen on ground in reality. There were multiple other scenarios where I was lied to regarding payments & other aspects. My suggestion to Flag's is if you want to keep monopoly in everything atleast make sure it's the best. The DJ service provided to us was the worst to say the least. The DJ was a rookie by all means. The system he provided was an old CDJ which did not even support a usual flash drive. The entire event had to be managed on tracks by connecting a phone to the aux. It was an absolute disaster. While this mess was being managed by my guest the DJ was busy watching something on his phone. All in all I will never plan an event at any flags banquet...
