What an amazing park tucked away behind the large castle. It is really colourfully decorated with foam like flooring across the whole park to cushion falls, plus there is a lot activities for kids of all ages including swings for little kids and big kids alike plus a lot of slides and playgrounds to climb on. Great for a break for the kids...

Lovely playground. Children really enjoyed it after having walked around the beautiful park. Very clean, plenty of bins and thankfully a bench for mum and dad to relax with a coffee from the nearby trailer! Win,win!! Fenced in, nice and secure! Everyone there were so friendly! Kids already planning their return visit!...

Honestly the best bit was how much our toddler loved this playground! The castle itself felt kind of short. We skipped Cahir to make it to Kilkenny. (We eventually did Cahir on our 2nd trip - I much preferred!) Playground is well-maintained, lots to play with, big open field surrounding with some art installations....
