Villa Bramasole — Attraction in Cortona

I can hardly imagine a better family vacation experience. Adults and kids all had private bedroom suites and nobody had to share a bathroom. We ordered calamari from a restaurant down the hill, with outstanding quality delivered to our front door.

Stargazing at night, while sitting by the pool, we also had a strong WiFi signal to connect us with loved ones in USA. Every door and window was of the best quality, the A/C blew cool air throughout the house.

We also used washer and dryer in the basement, where the wine cellar was stocked with the best Croatian wines, Prices were market, with no mark up for guests. All in all the Lun experience was unforgettable. This is the best of everything.

This is the house of the writer Frances Mayes from Under the Tuscan Sun. It is about a 45 minute walk from the centre of Cortona on a paved road. You can start from the park and just follow the road. I just returned from a trip to Florence where I took a day trip by train to Camucia to Cortona. I was there all day and didn't find Frances Maye's Villa. I was given directions a couple of times but didn't find it, but Cortona as a whole I loved it, very nice Natives, Great Food, Great Churches and Great Views.
