House of Galileo Galilei — Attraction in Florence

This is not an open site for those who wish to be entertained, but it is unbelievable to stand in front of the the 600-year-old home of the Father of Science (according to Einstein and Steven Hawking) and polymath. The place is open only by invitation and visited by very few. It's relatively easy to miss. Since the path to it is on a sharp turn to the left past Ponte Vecchio.
