Probably one of the best places to have a meal in Milan. Exquisite location in the galleria, friendly and smiling staff, little dishes brought out for free are among the factors that make us consider this place a must-try. The restaurant staff are immediately cheerful and kind, making you feel at ease from the very beginning. One of the waiters gave us a variety of recommendations and it’s fair to say they did not dissapoint. We ordered the «culatello e burrata» (recommended by our waiter), and before it even came out, a small plate of thin crispy pizza shaped breads as well as a fried shrimp with a nice garlic sauce. Nice touch and good extras! The starter was a burrata on a bed of aged ham. Good ham and a very good burrata, felt very authentic and fresh as could be. For the pasta dish we ordered a «tonnarelli caccio et pepe» which was slightly dissapointing because it lacked the traditional flavour of a caccio e pepe being the pepper, which seemed to be replaced by a slightly overpowering lime zest. On the other hand, the were very generous with the quantity of cheese on the pasta, covered in a gooey delicious cheese layer. We also had the «uovo raviolo» which lacked a certain generosity in quantity but the technique was flawless, the egg yolk was still whole and nice and gooey. We then had our main courses. The margarita pizza, which was highly rated and popular on the restaurant’s google reviews was slightly disappointing. It did not ressemble a Neapolitan style pizza at all and felt more like a New York style ultra thin pizza with cheese covering the pizza in a very thin layer. Nevertheless, the pizza’s taste was satisfying but perhaps not up to the level of a classic italian margarita. The «ossobuco risotto» was superb, the meat extremely tender and full of flavors and just loved the risotto served with the ossobuco. A must try no doubt. We then ordered the tiramisu to share, which was excellent. Probably one of the best I’ve tried in a good while, very creamy, and well balanced in every aspect. Nothing to say. Very very good! Then to add another little charming gift from the house. We got offered the small biscuits as we ordered the bill and two small ice cream chocolate bites which were superb. The cakes were not exceptional but it’s always a nice little added touch. Good stuff. Definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone going to Milan. A special thanks to the friendly staff, who helped raise the restaurant from a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Highly recommend!

Ristorante Galleria is an authentic Italian restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Italian meal. The food was absolutely amazing, and I would give the pasta a 10/10 rating. The service was also excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I came here for dinner service with my partner. This restaurant is located within the galleria and reservations are recommended as they get busy during peak dining hours. We had to line up but managed to get a table within 20 minutes as we were only two diners. Larger groups may face a bit more of a challenge if they don't book beforehand The overall experience was good here. The food dishes that we ordered were decent/ standard. Milan's food scene is quite competitive and if you have tried other restaurants in the city, this place may not impress you as much. Most customers that go to those restaurants are likely shopping in the nearby area. The dining room and patio dining option connect directly into the galleria. As such, We found that the second hand smoke was less than optimal when we ate here. We ordered the Caesar salad which was more like seafood tossed with Caesar dressing. There is very little vegetable in this dish. It was still enjoyable however. We also shared the seafood fritti, raviolo, and octopus dish which were all prepared well. This restaurant also serves cooked meat, dishes and pizza. Overall, we would return to dine here if we were in the area and did not have reservations at another restaurant as it is quite conveniently located. They do provide complimentary cookies and small bites of ice cream.

I recently dined at Ristorante Galleria, and here's my review: 1. It's undoubtedly a popular spot for tourists, but I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. They made an effort to ensure everyone felt comfortable. 2. The prices are a bit on the higher side, and it's worth noting that each person at the table must order a dish, or there may be an additional charge. This is something to keep in mind when planning your meal. 3. The restaurant's location inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II adds to the charm. It provides a unique and picturesque setting for your dining experience. 4. It's worth mentioning that they have restroom facilities, which is always a plus when you're out exploring. 5. As for the food, I found it quite enjoyable. The pizza was particularly tasty. However, I did find the vongole to be a bit on the bland side. It could use a bit more seasoning to bring out the flavors. The tiramusa is top notch Overall, Ristorante Galleria offers a pleasant dining experience, especially for those visiting the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. While the prices may be a bit higher and there are some specific ordering policies, the friendly service and tasty dishes make it a worthwhile stop.

We went to this restaurant on 8/7/2024 because we read good reviews.. it turned out to be a terrible mistake. very touristic place with very poor quality food, small portions and very expensive for what it offers. we took a risotto,a ravioli and mineralwater 0.75l and we paid 56euros.. Result of the food, a day later We still have stomach pains and tension for vomiting without being able to eat anything else. the only thing that was tasty was a shrimp appetizer and the cookies at the end.. the staff was kind and helpful. Tip, ALWAYS avoid central points.. I can not answer to you so I want to add here that I don't need anyone's permission to share my experience and my opinion. If you want all customers to be satisfied, then have better food quality and make it tastier. you serve so many people every day because you are in central location and not because you have a good name. I understand that your location has high costs, but don't you think you should start paying a lot for quality as well? Besides, I didn't talk about non-fresh food, but about low quality. luckily, you say it yourself, we only pay for the spot and nothing else.
