I pass by Via Orefici to enter the store, partly because there are huge signs advertising Black Friday. It's a normal week day, and there aren’t many people around. However, at the entrance, a security guard—who is clearly not Italian—rudely tells me that I can’t enter from there and that I need to go around to the other side. This is despite the fact that this is usually an entrance, there are no signs indicating otherwise, and there is absolutely no one around.
Annoyed, I take the detour, wasting more time, which is already a deterrent for anyone wanting to shop. I enter from the other side and head toward the section where I wasn’t allowed in earlier. The staff would kindly greet you and offer assistance as well as preparing a fitting room with the articles you’re interested in. Plus, they’re superbly responsive to any additional assistance required.
The clothing offerings are quite diverse and I have found some articles from new brands that were surprisingly great and awesome!
Wish I can rate this higher but if you’re nearby and looking to shop, by all means, check...

While half a dozen men were inside wearing baseball hats that disguise their faces, and a few women were wearing a hijab that covered way more of their heads. That’s a very strange policy to ask some women get undressed at the entrance. Policies should be transparent and treat everyone equally. As to the store experience itself - always very restricted amount of models of most...
