Got the chocolate, white chocolate and gianduja. The white chocolate and gianduja were beyond terrible. They tasted like not real gelato or ice cream, and like it was terrible icing that's cooled down. This should be illegal in Italy to be sold as gelato (or even ice cream). The chocolate flavor was more watery and icing tasting than other places gelato. The chocolate was the only flavor I tried ahead of time as they only allow 1 sample even though I was buying a large with multiple flavors. Do not recommend. Will not be coming back. And yes, I've had a ton of gelato all over Italy and the world. Owner response here matches his attitude...

I have also usually had the pleasure of seeing the owner Giuseppe there, who is one of the kindest and most friendly people I have ever met as a tourist. If you were to ask my daughter how she would rate Giuseppe and his wonderful gelateria, she would say 10 stars, but of course Google cannot measure a girl’s enthusiasm for her favorite gelateria on the planet ;-) so we’ll have to settle for five stars, even if that seems...

Then I did my research and found this place. Amazing!! Great array of flavours, friendly gentleman behind the counter, and most importantly: absolutely delicious genuine gelato.
They were out of pistachio when I went, so I had to branch out and try the almond, which was quite good, and the chilli chocolate which was incredible. Very dark with a slowly building sense of spice. I look forward to going again and don't think I'll risk trying anywhere else if I'm even...
