A Culinary Adventure with Stefania – Absolutely Unforgettable!

If you’re looking for an authentic and unforgettable food tour in Rome, look no further than The Roman Food Tour—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Stefania as your guide! From the moment we met her, her warmth, enthusiasm, and deep knowledge of Roman cuisine made this experience truly special.

Stefania has an incredible way of making you feel like you’re strolling through the city with a longtime friend rather than a tour guide. Her passion for food and storytelling brought each stop to life, from savoring the perfect slice of pizza to discovering hidden gems like Il Segreto and indulging in the creamiest gelato. She not only introduced us to amazing flavors but also shared fascinating insights about Roman culinary traditions, local ingredients, and even insider tips on where to eat beyond the tour.

What stood out the most was her genuine care and attention to detail. She made sure everyone in the group felt included, catered to dietary preferences effortlessly, and even had personal recommendations for each guest. Stefania’s infectious energy and love for what she does transformed this from a simple food tour into a truly immersive cultural experience.

By the end of the tour, we were completely stuffed, incredibly happy, and armed with new knowledge and appreciation for Italian food. This was hands down one of the highlights of our time in Rome, and we owe so much of that to Stefania!

If you’re considering this tour—do it! And if you get Stefania as your guide, consider yourself lucky. Grazie mille, Stefania, for an...

Our group of 7 family members, ranging in age from 18 to 50, had an absolutely unforgettable evening on the Rome: Food Tour with Unlimited Food and Barolo Wine on June 14. From the moment we met our guide Giada, we knew we were in great hands. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about Roman food and wine, but also warm, funny, and made everyone in our group feel welcome and engaged, no matter their age.

The tour took us through a charming neighborhood well off the typical tourist path, which gave the whole experience an authentic, local feel. Every stop featured delicious, high-quality food from fresh local pizza and traditional Roman pastas to incredible cheeses and cured meats, paired with flowing glasses of wine. The servings were generous, and by the end, we were full, happy, and completely in love with this side of Rome.

Giada’s passion and storytelling brought the experience to life, and she went out of her way to make sure everyone, from our youngest adult to the more seasoned travelers, was having a fantastic time.

This tour was a fantastic way to kickoff our Italy trip and a perfect way to spend an evening as a multigenerational group. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true taste of Rome, away...

We had the most amazing evening on our Food and Wine Tour with Mari! She is not only incredibly passionate about what she does, but also extremely knowledgeable — it truly made the experience unforgettable. From the very beginning, she created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we felt we were in the best hands.

The tour took us to five carefully selected local spots, and we were blown away by the quality and variety of the food. We started with two stops offering delicious antipasti – a wonderful mix of cheeses, cold cuts, bruschetta, pesto, and even truffle specialties. Then came a pizza stop, followed by a lovely dinner location where we enjoyed flavorful pasta dishes. To top it all off, we finished with some amazing gelato. Throughout the evening, there was plenty of water, and more than enough wine and prosecco to enjoy.

We honestly didn’t expect the restaurant selection to be this good — each place was unique, high quality, and felt very authentic. It was by far the best food tour we’ve ever done, and Mari is the best guide we’ve ever had. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and truly had a fantastic time.

We would recommend this tour to...

I recently had the pleasure of attending a pasta making and tiramisu class in Rome, instructed by the wonderful Mattia. From the moment we arrived, Mattia’s warmth and enthusiasm set the tone for an unforgettable culinary experience. His passion for Italian cuisine is infectious, and he expertly guided us through each step of the pasta-making process, ensuring that we understood not just the "how," but also the "why" behind the techniques. Mattia’s ability to make everyone laugh and feel comfortable created a fun and relaxed atmosphere, making it easy for everyone, regardless of skill level, to create delicious homemade pasta. The tiramisu portion of the class was equally delightful. Mattia shared tips and tricks that made our dessert truly authentic and mouthwatering. What stood out the most was Mattia’s engaging personality. We not only learned how to cook but also enjoyed great conversations and laughter as we worked together. I highly recommend Mattia’s classes to anyone visiting Rome. It was a highlight of my trip, and I can’t wait to try my hand at making pasta and tiramisu at home! Thank you, Mattia, for a fantastic experience!
