My partner and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Aquaria Thermal Spa during our trip to Sirmione, Italy, and we cannot stop raving about the remarkable experience we had. Situated in the charming town along the shores of Lake Garda, Aquaria Thermal Spa proved to be an absolute gem that exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

From the moment we stepped into Aquaria, we were greeted with a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. The spa's modern and elegant design, coupled with its serene surroundings, created an instant sense of relaxation and bliss. The attentive and friendly staff members further enhanced our experience, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit.

One of the highlights of our time at Aquaria was the exceptional thermal pools. The warm and mineral-rich waters worked wonders on our tired bodies, melting away the stresses and strains of everyday life. Whether we were indulging in a soothing soak in the indoor pools or basking in the sunshine while floating in the outdoor thermal baths, each moment was a pure sensory delight.

The spa also boasts an impressive array of wellness facilities and treatments. We took advantage of the various saunas and steam rooms available, each offering a unique and invigorating experience. The aromatherapy and chromotherapy elements added an extra touch of luxury to our relaxation journey. The range of massages and beauty treatments on offer were equally impressive, providing us with the opportunity to pamper ourselves and rejuvenate our senses.

The ambiance of Aquaria Thermal Spa is truly something to be cherished. The soft lighting, calming music, and exquisite aromas created an atmosphere of tranquility that transported us to a state of blissful serenity. It was the perfect setting for unwinding and reconnecting with ourselves, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Moreover, the location of Aquaria within Sirmione is ideal. The spa is conveniently situated near the shores of Lake Garda, offering breathtaking views that only added to the overall experience. After a day of relaxation, we took a leisurely stroll around the town, exploring its charming streets and enjoying the local cuisine. The combination of the spa experience and the beauty of Sirmione made for an unforgettable retreat.

In conclusion, Aquaria Thermal Spa is a hidden paradise that should not be missed when visiting Sirmione. From the moment we entered, we were enveloped in a world of tranquility, luxury, and rejuvenation. The exceptional facilities, attentive staff, and breathtaking surroundings all contributed to an experience that exceeded our expectations.

We wholeheartedly recommend Aquaria Thermal Spa to anyone seeking a revitalizing and unforgettable escape. Whether you are a spa enthusiast, a wellness seeker, or simply someone in need of a serene oasis, this hidden gem in Sirmione is a must-visit destination along the...

3/5 based on overall experience. The spa itself and the thermal pools I’d give 4/5. Fabulous location right on the lake with tremendous views. We went to the 7pm-9:30pm twilight slot. This seems to be a much quieter time to go - which was excellent for us as we were able to use all the rooms and pools (available) we wanted without having to wait. One of the saunas has a big window that looks over the lake - it is amazing 👌🏽 A few things let the place down... You have to bring your own ‘slippers’ (flip flops) - this wasn’t clearly indicated on the ticket or ticket buying process online. You have to go online to find this out. This was a bit annoying. You can buy some there for 11€ from a very helpful and friendly lady. The lockers were confusing - no explanation offered at reception. You have to put everything in to this big black bag and then post it off in to an automatic electronic cupboard which assigns you a number slot. Very strange. The showers were awful - absolutely no effort or thought in to the design. Tiny shower cubicles, shower doors don’t stay shut for privacy. No shampoo. You are given one big but very thin towel to use in the spa - this same towel you sit and sweat on in the sauna you have to use to dry yourself with after your shower at the end. A few sections were closed or out of order. The extra warm pool next to the outdoor sauna was closed - very disappointing. Other rooms and pools were closed. Not enough water fountains - a couple were hidden inside. When booking the twilight slot you need to consider how you are getting back to your hotel or apartment if you are wanting to use public transport as there are no buses this late - except maybe on a Saturday. All staff were friendly enough and I would still recommend to go - it’s just a shame the above points tainted our visit. It didn’t fulfil it’s true...

DON'T COME! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

DISORGANISATION. We book online, had our receipt and the voucher code printed. When we arrived, they told us we don't have any booking even after we showed them the receipt and the voucher code. After an hour of arguing in the reception (of course we paid for it!!!) They let us in. But for God sake, before letting us in, they told us we lied about the booking, making up the code. They don't even tried to look on their computer to retrieve the booking data we did. But my bf is very insisting so we got in. But that's not nice to start entering in a place that is supposed to be a Termal Benessere place right? Gosh! Terrible start!

BRING YOUR OWN SLIPPER. Or else it will costs you 14 euro each!

Disorganization AGAIN!!! People who booked in the Terme normally used slippers. That's good. But, seeing other people walks-in with their dirty shoes is very discouraging for a famous Terme like this. They should separate the aisle for people who asks for information and for people who used the Terme.

FOOD IS EXPENSIVE. Good luck for the waiting and long line.

Don't go for a massage. They know how to massage but, its a soft stroke equal to touching. No force. Not effective. Lose money. Lose time.

WATER IS NOT WARM. It just keep u not get cold in the outdoor BUT its not warm enough to soothe your muscle and to really feel the difference between the pool and the Terme pool. For me, it's like pool doing nothing for my body. But just inly good for swimming.

Reception should used computer for data retrieving and data input while handling a client. It seems like they don't know what their doing. Talking nonsense. Making up things. And believing my bf says without looking at the data. At least my bf is honest.

Not gonna come back again. Bah!

Been here...

We booked a 50-minute couples massage that included two glasses of prosecco and fruits. The massage itself was excellent—professional, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable. For that, we give full marks and would genuinely recommend the treatment. However, the overall experience was marred by poor organization and a lackluster setting. Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic. We were asked multiple times to provide proof of our reservation, which gave the impression of disorganization and made us feel unwelcome. The waiting area was cramped and overcrowded, with limited seating, adding to the discomfort. Post-massage, the experience further deteriorated. We had assumed we’d be able to enjoy our prosecco and fruit in the garden or pool area, which would have extended the relaxation. Instead, we were directed to a snack area that resembled a hospital reception or lobby—far from the serene atmosphere expected. When we asked if we could enjoy our refreshments elsewhere, we were told no. In summary, while the massage itself deserves a five-star rating, the customer service, chaotic management, and unappealing environment surrounding it reduce the overall experience to a 3 out of 5. There’s definite potential here, but significant improvements in hospitality and ambiance are needed.

Had high expectations but the experience was a bit underwhelming. + it was fully booked on the day we visited but doesn’t feel crowded at all + water was warm enough + plenty of nice aromatic showers +/- we had 25 min massages for 4 people with mixed experience. The male masseur was quite good but the female masseuses were very soft and wasted 5 minutes chit chatting - lack of variety of saunas : only 2 wet saunas and 1 dry sauna available on day of visit. They were all just warm (~50 degrees wet, 60 degrees dry) - never had i seen a spa that charges extra for an Aufguss session (5€ here) - the rest area was very big and spacious but doesn’t have the variety like other places. For example I would expect hammocks, radiator, water beds, warm beds, massage chairs Some additional inconvenience : the male locker system was inconvenient and does not allow for big items (I understand they would keep bigger bags for you in a separate room) Given the above, the price of 44€ per entry (excluding massage) is definitely way too high for what they offer!

My daughter (17) and I did the 5 hrs from 11.30am. We started with 7 cycles of the cardio circulation walk, then went to the indoor large jacuzzi. We tried the sulphur pool, the scented showers afterwards. We found lounger chairs with lake view under the shade. Read and admired the views. Tried the cooler pool at the end of the terrace, no one there so swam and admired the views as this pool is right on the lake. Had lunch, ham, cheese croissants and diet coke, water. We then went to the big pool with the spa bubbles. We tried the relaxation rooms upstairs, enjoyed them all, had some flavoured tea on our way back to the pools. We did not do sauna or steam as was a hot day! I had a mud wrap with Vlada, was calming and detoxing! My skin felt smoothe afterwards. We found all the staff from Reception to the bistro, spa all friendly. The best 5 hours!
