My partner and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Aquaria Thermal Spa during our trip to Sirmione, Italy, and we cannot stop raving about the remarkable experience we had. Situated in the charming town along the shores of Lake Garda, Aquaria Thermal Spa proved to be an absolute gem that exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the moment we stepped into Aquaria, we were greeted with a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. The spa's modern and elegant design, coupled with its serene surroundings, created an instant sense of relaxation and bliss. The attentive and friendly staff members further enhanced our experience, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. One of the highlights of our time at Aquaria was the exceptional thermal pools. The warm and mineral-rich waters worked wonders on our tired bodies, melting away the stresses and strains of everyday life. Whether we were indulging in a soothing soak in the indoor pools or basking in the sunshine while floating in the outdoor thermal baths, each moment was a pure sensory delight. The spa also boasts an impressive array of wellness facilities and treatments. We took advantage of the various saunas and steam rooms available, each offering a unique and invigorating experience. The aromatherapy and chromotherapy elements added an extra touch of luxury to our relaxation journey. The range of massages and beauty treatments on offer were equally impressive, providing us with the opportunity to pamper ourselves and rejuvenate our senses. The ambiance of Aquaria Thermal Spa is truly something to be cherished. The soft lighting, calming music, and exquisite aromas created an atmosphere of tranquility that transported us to a state of blissful serenity. It was the perfect setting for unwinding and reconnecting with ourselves, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Moreover, the location of Aquaria within Sirmione is ideal. The spa is conveniently situated near the shores of Lake Garda, offering breathtaking views that only added to the overall experience. After a day of relaxation, we took a leisurely stroll around the town, exploring its charming streets and enjoying the local cuisine. The combination of the spa experience and the beauty of Sirmione made for an unforgettable retreat. In conclusion, Aquaria Thermal Spa is a hidden paradise that should not be missed when visiting Sirmione. From the moment we entered, we were enveloped in a world of tranquility, luxury, and rejuvenation. The exceptional facilities, attentive staff, and breathtaking surroundings all contributed to an experience that exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend Aquaria Thermal Spa to anyone seeking a revitalizing and unforgettable escape. Whether you are a spa enthusiast, a wellness seeker, or simply someone in need of a serene oasis, this hidden gem in Sirmione is a must-visit destination along the stunning Lake Garda.

Absolutely fantastic day spent here. We booked the couples spa day which included private jacuzzi and massage. The thermal spa pool itself was lovely, lots of space to move around and use the jets. Fantastic views over the lakes, lots of sunbeds with the added bonus of them having adjustable sun shades for reading a book or just for keeping your head shaded. The private jacuzzi was lovely and came with a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and chocolate. This was then followed by a 50 minute massage. The masseuse was attentive and friendly. I’d had a big fall a few days prior and had large bruising to my hip and knee. Without having to explain, she immediately said she would not massage those areas and would be careful around them. True to her word she was very gentle in those areas and made me feel completely at ease allowing me to relax and enjoy the rest of the massage. In relation to getting to the location: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THERE!!! (OR TO SIRMIONE FULL STOP!) the roads in Sirmione are tiny and chaotic, there is nowhere to park anywhere near the spa. If you are not staying in Sirmione then catch a ferry to Sirmione (like we did) and the spa is only a 5min walk from the ferry terminal. Once inside the spa, everything is paid for using an electronic wristband that is given to you on entry. You then pay for anything you have purchased on the way out. They have a cafe that sells drinks and snacks. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas to avoid people smoking all over you whilst relaxing, there is no specific signs but you will see the ashtrays (grey clay pots with sand in the top)

We recently visited the thermal waters in Sirmione on Lake Garda, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place itself is stunningly beautiful: the views of the emerald lake and the luxurious SPA facilities create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and enjoyment. The pools, baths, and saunas are impressive in their variety and quality. The steam baths with lavender, strawberry, lime, and mint scents were particularly memorable – a real delight for the senses! On the second floor, there are themed relaxation rooms, each creating a unique mood: silence, night, music, rain, and even a volcano. There are both indoor and outdoor pools. We especially enjoyed the hot water under the rain, admiring the breathtaking view of the lake with its emerald water and dark blue clouds in the sky – it was incredibly beautiful! If you get hungry, the café offers exquisite dishes, and even vegans will be pleased. The selection of cocktails, wines, and beers is delightful and caters to every taste. The SPA prices are quite affordable, so we highly recommend booking massages, masks, and scrubs, as we did. We visited with our 12 and 17-year-old daughters, and they loved it too. The girls enjoyed the pools, baths, and treatments. If you are planning a trip to Lake Garda, visiting the Sirmione SPA is a must-have!

Had high expectations but the experience was a bit underwhelming. + it was fully booked on the day we visited but doesn’t feel crowded at all + water was warm enough + plenty of nice aromatic showers +/- we had 25 min massages for 4 people with mixed experience. The male masseur was quite good but the female masseuses were very soft and wasted 5 minutes chit chatting - lack of variety of saunas : only 2 wet saunas and 1 dry sauna available on day of visit. They were all just warm (~50 degrees wet, 60 degrees dry) - never had i seen a spa that charges extra for an Aufguss session (5€ here) - the rest area was very big and spacious but doesn’t have the variety like other places. For example I would expect hammocks, radiator, water beds, warm beds, massage chairs Some additional inconvenience : the male locker system was inconvenient and does not allow for big items (I understand they would keep bigger bags for you in a separate room) Given the above, the price of 44€ per entry (excluding massage) is definitely way too high for what they offer!

I was very disappointed in my recent experience with this business. My girlfriend and I were excited to visit, but due to changes in our travel plans, we couldn't make it to that part of the country. Before booking, I reviewed their cancellation policy which stated no penalties for cancellations made over 48 hours in advance. However, a closer look at the fine print revealed a different clause, only allowing rescheduling, not a refund. This was confusing and felt misleading, possibly due to a language barrier or intentional deception. I was under the impression that I could cancel the reservation without penalty within a reasonable timeframe. I believe that the spa's decision to not offer a refund is contrary to what is commonly understood as a 'no penalty' cancellation. I am very disappointed that they chose to run their business this way, and I advise caution when dealing with them. Might be best to find a different spa, in my opinion.
