Designed by Max Fabiani between 1905 and 1906, this building is considered one of the most elegant examples of Art Nouveau architecture in Trieste. Influenced by the Vienna Secession, it features a distinctive green-and-white diamond pattern, decorative plant motifs, and curving balconies. Notably, it is one of the few buildings in Trieste constructed using reinforced concrete.
