We were typical lost tourists whom sadly didn't speak the language, I however tried with a broken accent and with the help of Google Translate. Wanted to order coffee to sit on the terrace, however, a lovely lady at the cash register told me that I had to sit outside at a table and they would come to get the order. It was in Italian but I got the gist of it. One member of the staff spoke a little bit of English with was appreciated to clear things up during our moment of ordering. She said sorry but I reassured her it's ok. We'll get there with gestures or a translation app haha. Cafe latte macchiato was good and of good size too ! I didn't mind the price either, it's cheaper that some places I've seen and even more than in France where you easily pay 5€ for an espresso. So 2.60€ for a normal sized Cafe Latte Macchiato is great ! We left a tip too, something we usually don't do. I would recommend this spot...

In the past, this place had excellent bartenders who were friendly and knowledgeable.

During my visit on a busy Monday morning, one of the servers seemed to overlook our presence. Even after attempting to get their attention, we experienced a lack of acknowledgement. Subsequently, when we indicated that we were ready to order, we were informed that a different server would assist us.

Despite waiting for 10 minutes, the service was slow and somewhat indifferent. When we tried to place our order, we were told it was not the right time.

We decided to leave because of this disappointing experience. This particular server may benefit from further training in delivering quality service.
