DO 1 UNA STELLA PERCHÉ NON È POSSIBILE DARNE 0 Oggi mi sono recata in un questo negozio a Trieste ma a mio discapito non mi hanno permesso nemmeno di entrare (PRECISO CHE MANCAVANO 25 MINUTI ALLA CHIUSURA E VI ERA SOLO UNA COMMESSA E ANCORA CLIENTI AL SUO INTERNO). Premetto che anche io lavoro col pubblico e so che bisognerebbe trattare i clienti nel miglior modo possibile specialmente in questo caso. Se mancano 25 minuti e una/un cliente volesse entrare a dare un occhiata, ci sta lasciarlo/a entrare mentre se fossero mancati 10 minuti avrei detto gentilmente “Scusate ma siamo in chiusura”. Specifico anche che la prepotenza con cui è arrivata a camminata veloce e mi ha chiuso la porta in faccia NON È PROFESSIONALE. Ich würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben komplette abzocke. Wir wollten etwas für unsere Tochter kaufen. Auf der Verpackung stand es[das Federpennal mit Stiften]kostet 11.95 € da Federpennal und 2 Stifte waren in einer Plastikpackung und in einer anderen Plastikpackung wo kein Preis oben stand waren textmarker die mit einer schnur an die Verpackung mit dem Federpennal gebunden waren. Als wir dann von der Kasse weggingen kam uns der verdächtig große Preis komisch vor uns dann entdecken wir das sie uns alles einzeln verrechnet hat obwohl auf der Packung 11.95 oben stand kostete alles zusammen 23.95 wir haben alles durchgeschaut und es war nur ein preis[11.95] auf der ganzen Packung,was eigentlich für den Shop strafbar wäre als wir unser geld wiederhaben wollten haben sie sich geweigert und gesagt das wäre unser problem schlimmster Shop in...
