If you buy ticket of the cruise together with Fuji Kawaguchi Ropeway, it is a bit cheaper. The scenes around sunset could be simply awesome, especially if Mount Fuji is showing and it is not a cloudy day. You may also enjoy a beautiful ache of ducks running over the surface of lake as the ship gets closer to them. If not every time, highly recommended for a couple of times at least.

What a wonderful boat ride. Smooth riding, had a nice view in a sunny day. Just remember that while Mt. Fuji is huge and looks close, it's still a ways away, so if some clouds come rolling by they can get in the way of your shot. If you want to try something a bit more energetic you can always take a ride on the little swan boats next door. Or have a blast on the motorboat ride.

Different colours hit you hard, and the lake keeps you calm, and mountfuji view makes your eyes stunned If you like travelling, you must visit Lake kawaguchi, try a cruise here and try the cable lift, and after that, enjoy the traditional japnese meal here Strongly recommended..!

It was 8C, so yes, it's cold but sunny day. So it's nice to ride the boat. The view is very beautiful, and we can see the Mt. FUJI very clear. Bought combination ticket, ropeway, and excursion for 1600 yen. The boat ride took about 20 - 30 min. Luckily, there is no queueing, so we can hop on directly while waiting for the ropeway.
