Demachi Masugata Shopping Street — Attraction in Kyoto

Shopping district near Demachiyanagi Station, just across Kamogawa. There are around 20ish shops and they sell almost everything. Veggies, fruits, rice, beans, seafood, tempura, tofu, meat, mochi, bento, donut, coffee, snacks, stationaries, 100-yen shops, clothes, clocks, books, LP, DVD, flowers, cafe, sushi etc. My favourites are the fruits shop (the grandma and grandpa are so kind and always give me much more fruits than I pay for), tempura (a bit more expensive than supermarket bought but undoubtedly delicious), donut (the uncle uses soy) and stationaries.
