Hate going here with a stroller. Has a weird 0.5 floor with like 5 stairs that are ridiculous. The mall even has a baby shop inside, but can’t be easily accesses with a stroller?? Just get that ramp already! You have to go on the B1 floor with the “Osaka metro” sign on it to access the mall elevator inside the supermarket area. Or go through the river side entrance on the 1.5(???) floor, but that took quite time to figure out and annoys me every time I need to go there with sleeping baby in the stroller.

Read moreAfter finishing a day or touring around Osaka, looking around this mall was a good way to end the day. A large variety of shops await, with plenty of food if you're hungry. It's located right next to a river walk, so if you staying nearby, it can be a nice to place to walk to. There is also a train station below if you are coming from further away.

But the reason why I'm giving it only 2 stars is that they won't let dogs in even if 'locked' inside a pet carrier.
