This is a relatively new hotel opened in 2019 with well functional facilities and helpful staff. The advantages here include spacious rooms, which are less common in Tokyo, a convenient store right on its 1st floor and good views from the room. There are ice machines available in the corridors. The staff are willing to answer any question. They also borrowed me a weighing machine to measure my luggage weight. The restaurant are well-lit and spacious. the breakfast is with wide variety and delicious. There are some slight shortcomings, too. The hotel is doubtless a little far away from the downtown area, separated by the river and somewhat troublesome to reach by public transportation. You need to pay attention to take specific buses or the Yurikamome metro line, an independent line from big Tokyo metro system with limited stations. The other shortcoming is that the room window might not be as big as pictures advertised on the website, but it would probably improve if you pay more for higher class room type. Overall it was a pleasant accommodation experience here.

I like the location. It was 2-3-minute walk to the nearest station and TeamLab. The staff was really welcoming. He really tried to speak English despite of the struggle. Kudos to that. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was pretty big. The shower and the tub was separated. The breakfast was good. Buffet style. They have pretty wide selection of dishes. Western or Japanese. The key card was a little confusing. You have to insert the key card to control the lights in most hotel, but here you just have to tap. The rooms don't have blackout curtains. The floor I was on was really noisy when I arrive. The room was not fully soundproof. I don't blame the hotel for the noise, just the guest.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while I explored Tokyo and enjoyed my first trip to Japan. The staff are great and having a 24-hour convenience store on site makes life a lot easier. The hotel is just a few hundred metres from the Yurikamome Line (Shijo-Mae Station) an elevated light rail line which is how I got to Shimbashi Station each day and from there I had access to all of the Tokyo Metro. It is a breathtaking ride and I never got tired of it. The hotel has amazing water views and is close to markets and the Lalaport Shopping Centre in Toyosu. I will be returning. Thanks to the wonderful reception, cleaning & convenience store staff for making my stay very memorable! 👍😄

I'm so surprised by the room decorating that combines traditional Japanese and minimal styles. There are plenty of electric supply sockets. The bath area is separated from the toilet. There is a nice, clean, and fluffy carpet in the room. A few recommendations to help the hotel improve its services are to train front staff to be a more global standard, especially when the client is in front of the front. There is a convenience store, "Lawson," in the hotel. So, it is so awesome. However, here is my score for this hotel. Hotel: 9/10 Staff: 6.5/10

We were in an area that is going green and neat to witness! All neighboring rooftops were covered in plants! Not many restaurants nearby , but easy enough use public transportation to go anywhere!! The room showers were zen!! We actually attended TeamLabs exhibit , which was a 10 minute walk! Not to forget the convenience shop ‘Lawson Natural’ in the building open 24 hours!! We really took to that!! Made the stay all the easier!!

Lovely and clean hotel! Our room and the room view was absolutely stunning (very spacious as well). The hotel is foreigner friendly as well as the staff speaks English. They have a convenience store right downstairs and a subway that is within a 5 minute walk. Overall very pleased and happy to have stayed in this hotel. They also let you leave your luggage in the hotel if you want to check out of the hotel and explore the area!
