During my visit to Magnet, it was actually pretty decent. But, I will have to agree with some of the other reviewers as well, the prices of some of the items inside of this mall may be a bit too costly for most people.
But, most of the products that you will find inside of Magnet are of very high quality. Even though, I haven't purchased anything from this mall to make this review. I believe that, the products sold at this mall will be very good.
Last but not least, when you go up to the observation deck. You will have a great view of the famous Shibuya Crossing, where you can take various photos at different angles with friends and family.
Mag 8 is a rooftop lounge, where tourists and locals can go to have a drink while marvelling at the amazing panoramic view of the famous Shibuya Crossing.
All you have to do is take the elevator or escalators to the rooftop of the mall, then you will have arrived at Mag 8.
Entrance fees are 1800 yen per person, which is a pretty good price for such an exquisite opportunity and experience in Japan. (1 drink included)

Anywho, on the 7th floor is an elegant dining space for hungry patrons, the Mag7 Meets and Eats! This dining area is massive with dazzling light fixtures, and the glass window offers a great view of the busy streets below. There are a couple of Mag’s restaurants and coffee shops on this mess hall. I ordered a small chicken karaage meal with nanban sauce from the one located on the far end of the hall near the Mag’s plaza (terrace) emergency exit.
For ¥ 800 (7 USD or 350 Php), I got myself a filling meal! The chicken kaarage was tender-juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside! The nanban sauce with drizzles of aromatic honey made the fried chicken even more extraordinary both in form and taste! What’s extra cool about this experience was the polite service I received from the server! This is definitely a must-visit aside from the terrace, of course!
Have an awesome time when you get to visit this...
Read moreThis review is for the crossing view that you can access by going to Magnet. You take an elevator to the top. You have to pay to get in, you’ll get a drink of your choice afterwards. There are two areas. One is outside that you have to walk a few steps to get to. The view is at an angle but it’s not a bad view. You can clearly see the Shibuya crosswalk scramble. The second area is inside, where you can write your name on the wall. There is a viewing area in a weird corner of the scramble. I prefer the outside viewing area. There are multiple places to sit and enjoy your drink. There are also restrooms. It’s worth a trip if you want to get an aerial view. Employees were welcoming and pleasant. Not...
