I just had the best karaoke experience of my life at Palace in Tokyo! The location is perfect - right in the heart of Tokyo, easy to find, and with a great view of the city.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They welcomed us immediately and helped us get settled in quickly. The service was fast and efficient, and they even helped us choose the right songs.

The karaoke system was state-of-the-art and the selection of songs was huge. We opted for some Japanese classics, but there were also many international hits to choose from.

The atmosphere in the bar was super inviting and cozy. There were many different rooms and corners where you could retreat to sing or just relax.

Overall, our experience at Palace was simply perfect. If you're looking for a great karaoke experience in Tokyo, this is definitely the place to go. We'll be back for sure!

There was 2 other people at the bar when we walked in, waiter came up and asked if we wanted a private room, we thought oh yeah why not (given it certainly wasn’t a vibe with only 2 other people in the whole place). The room looked quite fancy, so had a feeling to ask if they had a surcharge, yep turns out it is 15,000yen!! $150 aus dollars!!! Thank god we asked, looking at the other reviews on here looks like we weren’t going to be told until we went up to pay! We then said don’t worry we will actually sit at the bar. He said okay we can discount to 10,000yen then, we again said no thanks we will sit at the bar. Went to sit at the bar and he says it’s 20,000yen just to sit at the bar to drink. What!! Do not go here (read the reviews their high rating is because they offer 1000yen discounts for a 5 star review), no wonder there was literally no one in there.
