My recent experience at your establishment that has left me feeling disappointed and disheartened.
On 200124 night, I visited Bukit indah TGV and encountered 2 malay guy staff suck attitude which has significantly contributed to a negative atmosphere to my movie experience. Their demeanor and communication were not only unprofessional but also had a profound effect on my mood during the visit. I felt like I paid money to get looked down and discriminated by them.
These occurrences, characterized by a lack of courtesy and respect, made it challenging for me to enjoy my visit and left me with a lasting impression of dissatisfaction.

Read moreWe went for Vettayan movie at 11pm. Movie finished around 2am. Once reached to car realised phone was missing. After searching inside car went again to check but shutter closed, near by there is a security(blue shirt) we explained him matter. He says can't do anything but advice to check other security at middle building (white shirt) they told same thing even they also can't enter tgv area its consider intruder. But asked to come following day 10am. We again went from pulai mutiara. This time direct approach tgv staff, asked to fill up lost n found form. Once found will call us but i urge them try to look for inside hall with seat number that we sat. Staff check again negative. Show us the picture surrounding seat. We are dejected its not about phone but inside things such apps working related things , dual sim need to go SG telco also. Its very hectic. Once reached home around 12.15pm got call from unknown number informed about phone. Asked to call back to verification. Again rushed to aeon. Tgv staff handover my phone.
