Today we went there with my 6 yrs old daughter for the 2pm session, things went on pretty well. Then I had to go to work thus I asked the staff at the entrance whether is it possible for my family to come back and I will pass my tag to my sister to accompany my family. The staff didn't even turn to us and said can come at 6pm. I went to work and my wife went back with my sister to accompany my daughter for her last session there. Then they dropped the bomb, my sister can't enter. My wife could enter to accompany my daughter but my sister have to wait outside till they are done. When my wife informed me this, I called to talk to the person in charge so we can clarify this issue since there was only 3 hours left for my daughter to have fun. 1st it was sabrina, told her the whole situation and she said rules are written and pass to another staff named farhana. Again told her the whole situation just for her to say that the rules are written as such and my sister cannot enter. Then passed to another person named syuhadah. Yet again told her from the beginning again and guess what, same reply as the previous. They won't allow my sister in to accompany my wife, won't let my wife accompany my sister coz my daughter is only 6. They gave us 2 options, buy a full price ticket for my sister or leave her outside. 1st of all, I've asked about this and I was given a yes for an answer. Secondly I don't work there to know all the house rules and that's why I approached the staff to know what can and cannot be done. In the end, my family left the park unhappy without going on with the 6pm session due to the poor training of staff in giving out answers and lack of professionalism in handling an issue. 3 person had to be told the situation from the beginning to get the same generic replies? Come on guys, how bad can u get? Thank you so much for ruining a 6 years old early birthday...
ย ย ย Read moreOur usual go-to hang out place for the kids while the adults go around walking and shopping. A theme based playground but there are not many real activities directly related to Angry bird.
1 star is to protest the new requirement to buy socks (RM6). I can try to understand that this is done for hygiene purposes (after all, u dun wanna the whole football team to come in using their used socks!). But selliny such sock at RM6 is to make money, plain and simple.
Could that be part of the reason it was almost empty on a Saturday noon?
The activities themselves are generally good. Not many slides but a good variety. Parents can hang out upstairs. You get the usual food and drink from such places; not even worth the RM5 they gave as voucher (for RM10 spent) especially on non snacks (I mean, who can can snacks wrong unless they buy those completely...
ย ย ย Read moreWow.. I agree with some reviews here. The staff is too over the top with their restrictions. I can understand the hygiene rules, but I lost it when the following happened. They close at 5pm and open again at 6pm. My 6 yo not knowing we were going back in again, took off her wristband. I put a double sided tape to hold it back in place, knowing they probably make a fuss about it. And they did. I wished they could relax a bit with their rules, besides the one at the counter knew I bought those tickets for my kids prior. She had to do it, told me off. She just love doing it. The others do it all too often too. Couldn't cut the visitors some slack. It is their culture. So I went home as an angry person myself. They should learn to be...
