Creamery Boutique Ice Creams JB — Attraction in Johor

Has not visited Creamery in a while, but decided to stop by today and introduce their cookies and ice cream to my friends who are here on vacation. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff was as cold as the ice cream itself, making us feel unwelcome from the start. The atmosphere was lacking energy and felt uninviting. To make matters worse, one of the cookies was slightly burnt and didn’t have much of the lava filling that I used to enjoy. To top it off, the table we were seated at was dusty and even had lizard droppings on it—gosh! I’m not sure how bad their business is, but this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. Went there at 8.25pm, was told by staff that cookie is not available anymore. My husband asked him when is the last call to order cookie, the staff told us it's 8.30pm. We then proceed to ask him then why we couldn't order the cookie now (8.25pm), the staff bluntly replied us "because we're closing soon". He might as well just reply us because he's lazy and just want to play his mobile games.

If the boss is reading this review, I will really appreciate me if you can enlighten me on this issue.

Has its own specialty but I don’t find it very good. I ordered a volcano salted egg cookie with chocolate ice cream. The cookie I had was too crumbly and fragile. It turned to sand before I could chew and the filling was pathetically small amount. I let my boyfriend to taste it first, after one scoop and that’s all, I thought I could get more filling when we dig deeper into the the cookies but there wasn’t any left.
