Our dining experience at Goro Goro Hamburg Rice was absolutely delightful, and my wife and I are thrilled to share our exceptional experience. We flew all the way from Ipoh just to try this place, and it was worth every mile traveled.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that Goro Goro Hamburg Rice is a special place. The hamburg steaks were absolutely divine—succulent, juicy, and packed with flavor. What really stood out to us was the clean, organic taste of the ingredients. Every bite felt fresh and wholesome, and we appreciated how the flavors didn’t overpower one another but rather complemented each other perfectly. The rice served alongside the dish was also delicious, fluffy, and perfectly prepared. You can tell that only the finest, most natural ingredients are used here, making it not only a delightful meal but also a healthy one that was perfect for us.

Came here on a Sat afternoon and got a table for 2. The place was almost fully occupied but there was no queue. We ordered the togarashi pineapple Hamburg pork rice (27.90), and the red wine Hamburg beef and pork plate (39.90). The togarashi Hamburg has a very delicious sauce that is slightly sour and spicy. It went well with the vinegared Japanese rice. The red wine Hamburg came with a savoury sauce that is slightly salty. The plate came with a mashed potato with bacon bits, which was quite blend. I would recommend the rice instead of the mashed potato because it's cheaper and more delicious. As for the beef+pork vs the pork, I think it's not worth going for the beef because the pork is just as nice on its own. The ambiance was nice and quiet with soft Japanese music in the background. After we made payment they gave us a 5rm return voucher. I will definitely come here again...

This restaurant is amazing, good food and a great ambience.

Ordered the chicken katsu don, matcha daifuku and some skewers (pork belly and king oyster mushrooms) and mentaiko fries. Oh and drinks were green tea.

Chicken katsu don came out within 10 mins piping hot and delicious. mentaiko was really generous on the fries and crispy, evident was just fried. matcha daifuku was soft and chewy as should a daifuku is. skewers was amazingly cooked. King oyster mushrooms was flavourful but was still juicy. Pork belly was really flavorful and delicious too. green tea is pretty good and not diluted at all.

The staff was really friendly too and accomodation to our requests (no onions)
