Bistro Café Chulo — Restaurant in Mexico City

Had breakfast here a few times. Solid choice. The cafe is good with choices for beans and many, many coffee drinks. I had fruit and yogurt one morning, nothing special but it was a decent portion and had a variety of cut fruits. Another time, I had a full breakfast and it was well prepared and plated. Prices are reasonable and service was great. Clean bathrooms....

Me guié por las recomendaciones para ir a esta cafetería y no a una de franquicia. El café es muy rico, el servicio y trato es mixto, mientras que el chavo es muy atento y amable, la chica está en su rollo. Tanto así que pedí un long dark y una baguette. La baguette la ordené 2 veces y aunque sabía que tardaría ya que había mucha gente y se me dijo, esperé más de 25 minutos y la baguette nunca llegó ni tenían muy claro sobre sí se había pedido o no. No hay queja en el café pero pues de que le sirve si era para acompañar mi cena. Se me ofrecieron disculpas y unas galletas como compensación, galletas que no acepté porque no era lo que quería ni me gustan. En vez de eso mejor me hubieran ofrecido el café que hasta frío me tuve que tomar aguardando la baguette mientras veía que otros platillos eran preparados pensando que alguno era el mío. No sé sí volvería ya que a los demás clientes, a pesar del rush, no les faltó nada...

I really enjoy stopping here with my dogs to take a cup of coffee in all the different forms and preparations they have here. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. Always nice and making...
