Not sure why it has such good reviews. I hate to give a bad review to a small business but if you are looking for good ice cream or gelato this isn’t the place. I tried the chocolate and the mint chocolate (any gelato place should be good at these basics) and they both tasted very artificial - low quality chocolate and fake mint flavor. If you can past ice cream shops in Polanco with 50 flavors and artificial colors and walk just a few more steps to this small ice cream shop, you will be rewarded with so much flavor and taste. Polanco tiene la fama de caro y malo, este no es el caso de Ozio. El helado a 35 pesos el cono doble es muy caro por la cantidad que te sirven, las porciones son diminutas, mucho menos que en la media de las heladerías. La fresa es de una calidad óptima y el chocolate amargo bastante bueno, quizás un poco más amargo sería mejor. La atención es muy buena.
