Read moreWe joined Jewel of the Seas. Our worst embarkation ever and it is our 28th cruise. The woman member of staff near the door pushed all the non US people into a sort of holding area. She was an absolute bully, there is no other word for it. She clearly enjoyed pushing people around. People that arrived last were allowed in first, when on of the other passengers said something she got right in there faces and was down right rude. It was a large woman with very short hair.
