I hate to be those ones especially since this is the only place I trust with my brows and have been coming here since I can remember.

Lady that did my brows seemed like she wasn’t having it since she didn’t smile at all but that’s totally understandable, it must’ve been a long day. I clearly asked to clean my brows, but she ends up thinning the left brow (left photo is before/ right is after)🥲 once i looked at the mirror, I noticed it straight away. Lady asked what’s wrong, I told her and she said she shaped them to even it out (like I clearly told you just to CLEAN them not to shape it lol)😭🤣 anyways, it took me 10 mins to pay cos i was fuming atp and was literally calling my mum and sister lol and when I went to pay, her and another lady were muttering something and laughing.. this is why I ask for Sumitha but every time I ask for her, yous look at eachother with this face smh..

Went there after my nail appointment cause it was close to home. They had a long wait must be because theyre constantly gossiping between each other but other places do that too. The reason im actually sour is because i sat down and got my eyebrows threaded. She did that first eyebrow fine, I held it down, she did the threading fast in chunks, then she moved onto the next brow, i held it again the exact same way with the previous one and she pulled my skin making a small cut under my eyebrow. The worst part is her telling me IT WAS MY FAULT? “Its cause youre not holding properly” with a terrible tone and obvious anger. so i thought ok my bad maybe “well you can tell me how to hold it” i said. And she then said “its because of your nails you cant hold it anyways” SHE DIDNT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE FIRST, I HELD IT DOWN LIKE IM SUPPOSED TO, USUALLY IF MY GRIP SLIPS OTHERS WOULD HAVE ASKED ME TO ADJUST AND MY NAILS ARE NOT LONG. Worst experience ever. Went to the Manukau beauty club for a facial yesterday. They have a clever way of charging customers for facial. None of the facials come with the whole process. Some facials don't include masks and massage. And then you have to pay for blackhead removal separately. Anyways, I paid for the refreshing facial plus black head removal. It wasn't refereshing at all, instead it was so painful during and after the treatment that I couldn't stay back for the rest of my shopping. I had to go home straight. The lady applied so much preassure on my face that it became unbearable. Felt like she was taking out some sort of anger on me. When I said its painful, she started criticising my skin. This is the second time I have experienced such a treatment from them. After the facial, pores on my face appear larger and there are huge bumps on my skin. I have complained but no reply from them. Never going there again and wouldn't recommend this...
