Such a poor customer service by the Manager in Noel Leeming Riccarton. Today is My Birthday, and My wife gifted me Apple AirPods (3rd generation).I just opened ond put one on,but it was not fitting .so i came the store with the Airpod . Even all others staffs are ok to return if if its mentioned it wont be retured,since hygiene reason. But told then i just try only right side one less than a 10sec . I am ready to buy the Pro one also .The Manager is not a cooperative guy he is not a customer supportive person.He should have to find a way to satisfy the customer. He only saying which not possible. Until and unless we tried how come we know whether it fill fit or not.He comparing with an underwear. As per the laber he may be saying so but he shoud have to help customers to solve their problem I ask him to return this to the provider. Mentioning what I said. He not willing for anything . Such a rude behaviour. He spoiled my good day. Being a manager need to be customer friendly and problem solver. He should talk to the provider and need to help the customer, rather than telling me to sell that in Facebook market.$349 is not a simple amount for us. Bought Garmin Forerunner 245 Music watch black from sales person Vincent over a month ago during the Black Friday Sales for my partner as his Christmas gift. I was promised by Vincent that he could hold my watch in storage, which at that time he had my watch literally physically in his hands until the time when I ready to go into to collect around December - Christmas time if I paid the full amount. So I paid for my partners gift and went in to Noel Leeming - Westfield on the 21st Tuesday to collect my order. Surprisingly as I was ready to pick up the watch, I have been told unfortunately the watch that I bought over a month ago has been double sold!! They could only offer me either refund or wait next stock but definitely after Christmas! absolutely ridiculous! This is stealing from me ! I paid that watch month ago, they taken my money then sold my watch to other customer! Coincidentally yesterday I went to find my friend at Noel lemming Riccarton I met the salesperson, he didn’t say single words to me, No Sorry, No apology or not even the slightest acknowledgment of his mistake. Read moreMy Mum and I came in for a SIM card and a plan as we are visiting for a couple weeks. At first customer service was great, was told the $19 combo with 2degrees would be perfect for my Mum. The man printed off the voucher and told us everything was done all we had to do was put in the top up number. Two days later her credit was gone with hardly any calls. Went back and he told us that "were not told to tell you about texting this number for the extra minutes." And that "we only sell the voucher." You work for an electronic store, and you were selling us the $19 combo so obviously you're not just selling the voucher? We went to the lady who obviously went to him to get their story straight and they came back telling us it was a misunderstanding. (Obviously on your behalf.) Overall you didn't give us proper information from the beginning and how we're we suppose to know when you said everything was correct?
