I endured a negative customer experience, specifically in the fragrance/skincare section of the store. I was browsing the fragrance to see if they had any Jo Malone products (to which they didn't), and I had noticed two employees (Women) who were standing behind the counter staring at me. At first they seemed nice, and willing to help; one of them did by answering my question. I asked if they had any Jo Malone products, and she replied no. I thanked her and was about to move on, but then I noticed her turn to the other employee, and they both smirked as if they were trying not to laugh.
I felt confused and somewhat mocked for simply asking a question. It came across as unprofessional and dismissive, almost like âmean girlâ behaviour. I wouldnât recommend shopping here unless you want to feel shamed for asking...

I was in a rush at 4pm at farmers to buy a birthday present for my 14 year old step daughter, a mattress protector and sheets for a bed. I grabbed everything from the first floor and then came up upstairs to be helped by Christine. She was so nice, helpful, enthusiastic and a master in her craft. She helped me pick out the most perfect collection of perfume. Christine also helped me choose a cologne for myself and was so patient after I tried 4 of them. I bought something then to realise I wanted to swap it for something else all within 5 mins but she never asked me if I wanted a receipt the first time so then when I wanted to return it she clearly knew I didnât have a receipt still smartly goes âcan I see your receiptâ obviously I didnât have it then continued to say well donât walk away next time and rudely swapped it for me, why are young people treated so badly in farmers! All customers are the same, I work in customer service so I know what bad service looks like... terrible service ladies.....
