I eat at Katsubi everyday in whatever suburb I am in that day. When I choose my salad I always ask for everything except jalapeño and seaweed. This makes it easier for all involved. I know that mixed seeds and dried shallots is part of that but the old Korean lady forgot to add it. After I realized she had forgotten to put them, I went to the counter and asked her to add them. She refused and said I need to pay extra. Obviously doesn't know her job . I looked on the website and showed her that it's included, she was rude and unhelpful and tried to argue with me. Her co worker mumbled something to her and she added them. Disgusting service. I had nothing against the other two staff so as I left I politely said thank you. Went there the other day and the staff was definitely over their jobs extremely unfriendly and rude. They haven’t had any Tofu left so I asked for it and I’ve just been told to grab any of the other meat that’s out.
