Boundary Court Motor Inn — Attraction in Hamilton

There were 6 of us staying in 3 separate rooms. Previously we have stayed in motels along Motel Alley (Ulster Street) and found it pretty noisy. In the past we have found a lot of the accommodation "tired" and "dated". We were part of a sports team so didn't want to pay 100's of $ a night, but then didn't want "budget" either. The motel was 5 minutes drive to the sporting hall which was a definite attraction. As was the spa pool for the soak, after a day of sport. The units we stayed in had been renovated and were clean, nicely furnished and cosy. And quiet too. The walls aren't cardboard thin and we couldn't hear any neighbours. Kenny is a real pleasure to deal with too. This motel is definitely on our "return to" list. I didn't get a photo of the interior of the spa. It is situated inside a room, which is well ventilated with a door and window. So not open to the great outdoors - which is fine, especially in Winter. Thanks Kenny -...

I have been staying here for a long period of time now. I feel like I am getting well looked after by the manager and staff here, If any complaints they are quick to ensure your needs are met. I feel that as tenants we have a responsibility also to take care of our rooms and respect other tenants and rules. The room for me and my family is modern and lovely. Some of the rooms could do with an upgrade but I am happy with mine. The wi-fi is reasonably reachable. I only wish that their were a kids channel for the children to watch for their entertainment. Otherwise it's great here!! Also the cleaners sort the recycling which is great for our climate change, I know many motels that don't do this at all. Very bad experience staying here, I left covered in flea bites and when I told the manager/owner he just said in very bad english "oh i think we need to do bug treatment". Rooms were very old and dusty, there was no double bed like advertised and when I mentioned the bed to the owner he said to put the two singles together, which I did and had a very uncomfortable sleep. Wifi was slow and when I arrived I had to spend an hour airing the room out because it smelt so musty and dusty. Definitely didn't look like it had been vacuumed properly. It's been almost a month since I stayed there but I'm still very irritated by the demeanour of the owner who was unhelpful and unsympathetic to all the problems.
