My review is simply to notify other parents!!

You said that there is nothing you can do. That generally would mean that case is closed!! And; now you are accusing me of being dishonest. Wow!! If you wanted to know about growth you should have asked. You simply said “Please also check that your child has not had a growth spurt, as it is almost 2 months since you purchased the uniform. I'm afraid in this instance I am not able to replace the uniform. “ Unknown person would be you at your store. We trusted you and followed your instructions as we are new to gi use. We believed it should be ironed. I also discussed this with our Karate teachers at SSKANZ and they said they also iron their gi when it is slightly damp and its always fine. Really should have purchased the gi from SSKANZ. I have measured the gi and the pants where most of the shrinkage, now measures 53.6 CM. You must know how long the pant should be for Adidas Karate Uniform K180E 2/150 . Is the shrinkage the 3% you quote in your email? You never asked for photos, you simply said “Please also check that your child has not had a growth spurt, as it is almost 2 months since you purchased the uniform. I'm afraid in this instance I am not able to replace the uniform. “ stop blaming your customer who trusted you. If you want to be helpful then you should have told me, send some photos and that you will see what can be done. Two months, and this is the first wash this gi has had. If it is an issue for Addidas as a faulty product (yes that happens) then it is your obligation to let them know and resolve matters for me.
