Read moreLove this Asian supermarket, full of wonderful goodies... so much Asian products, packaged, canned, fresh, and frozen. I brought the cabbage kimchi today, so crunchy and pickled deliciously. Just got to be careful of the Sichuan peppers in there. I personally don't like to eat them, but sometimes it happens and it leaves a numbing sensation on the tongue, not nice. My favourite is the cucumber, and black fungus pickled salad, so refreshing. Get them to add a scoop or two of the roasted peanuts in top, just adds a lovely crunchy flavour to the salad. Brought a good size fresh daikon for $3.49 great price. And some fresh sugar snap peas. Oh also got 2 bags of long eggplant, love those. Got 4 packets of frozen Wontons, they're so delicious...we love them! A hundred dollars later, better get out of there before I spend any more yikes!!! Did I tell you I love this place? By the way, they have another store in Lower Hutt, which I have also been to. That store they have a fabulous cafe in-store, I love there freshly made steamed rice rolls. There's a good varied menu, as well as freshly baked goodies. The Wellington store, which is the review I've written...they get there Rice rolls and bakery items from the Lower Hutt store. Love both...

It doesn't smell like it has Jasmine flowers either, I even doubt if it's organic now. The second item is a bag of cinnamon, can't remember the price, not cheap, but when I opened it at home, I only smell pungent chemical odor. There is no fragrance of cinnamon. I'm going to throw it away because I don't want to be poisoned by...
