Bit hidden and out of sight but a really nice venue. I saw I want to be happy tonight and it was amazing. Everything is fresh and clean and parking is so easy with the Civic Parking.

Hi! Me and my friends attended "Prima Facie" at Herald Theatre on the evening of 30th June 2023. The show was excellent with superb/flawless acting but the seats were SO uncomfortable with very little legroom. I'm 5ft 9 inch and my knees were crushed against the back of the seat in front of me, making it very uncomfortable. The lady in front of me kept pushing her seat backwards, which really hurt my knees. So, I landed up sitting sideways for the whole 2 hours that was seated, giving me sore knees and a catch in my side. Something definitely needs to be done about the seating-felt like we were packed in there...

Attended an excellent event as part of the 2019 Auckland Writers Festival. Easy to access, comfortable seating.

Not a lot of room to walk past others already seated, and stairs are...
