This beautiful, peaceful cemetery holds some of the dearest figures in Norwegian history. Here you find Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson, Edvard Munch, Christian and Oda Krogh, to name a few. Quite fascinating to stroll around and read the inscriptions.

Oslo's old and biggest cemetery where many of the Norwegian important figures have been burried, such as Henrik Ibsen, Edvard Munch, Camilla Collett, Henrik Wergeland, Gina Krog and many more.

Of course, walking through cemeteries can be considered weird, but who cares? This is The Best one I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I'll probably go again before I leave.

It is a beautiful cemetery with the graves of Edvard Munch and Henrik Ibsen. Nothing special, but if you're in the neighborhood like I was, give it a go.

Even in early spring this cemetery is a beautiful and quiet place to take a walk. You might even stumble upon graves of historical figures from Norway.
